CCS are also proud to be registered to ISO 14001 for ten years. This is an important international benchmark of standards in Environmental Excellence and means that CCS have thorough and accountable systems in place to manage our environmental impact.

Due-diligence

At CCS we take due-diligence very seriously. All of our people are audited before they begin working with us. Audits are carried out by HR team members who are trained to identify fraudulent documentation and carry out security / reference checks.
CCS manages our people’s details through a secure, central system that can be accessed on demand via authorised login. This means that in the event of an on-site inspection, we can access relevant documentation for all of our people, including their right to work.
This simple system was created to de-risk CCS and our client’s businesses.

GDPR

GDPR is another important part of compliance and it’s something CCS has been practicing since long before the 2018 deadline.
Nevertheless, we conducted a thorough gap analysis and carried out GDPR workshops in order to close any gaps we identified. We also appointed a Data Protection Officer whose role is to ensure that all of our people are using all data responsibly and within the parameters of GDPR.
