Green Cleaning

The Tersano System is allowing CCS to move to virtually chemical-free cleaning. It works by converting ordinary tap water to an active cleaning solution and simplifies the cleaning process. Switching to Tersano means that we can eliminate harmful chemicals as well as greatly reducing our plastic consumption across the business. In fact, by using Tersano we have removed 1.3 tonnes of plastic from the business in 2018 and 2019.

The Cleaning Sachet System is our chemical dilution system designed to replace the traditional liquid pour and mix solution. It works by dissolving a capsule in water and eliminates the use of cumbersome plastic containers. Their small size also means they are easy to store and transport and hence reduce our carbon footprint.
